"Forces of the Mystical"

We are super excited to host Zoukenergy at Le Moulin d'Abondance again in 2025. This beautiful venue covers 3.5 hectares of gorgeous nature paradise with a natural swimming pond, a river, forest and open fields. In 2025 we will explore more of this land incorporating more spaces into our exciting program.

The theme for 2025 is "Forces of the Mystical" inviting energies from Greek Mythology. These energy qualities will give us our topics and themes for workshops, ceremonies and parties. The intention this year is to go beyond the four natural elements on our planet, into the cosmos, and to dance and relate to one another from the cosmos of power within.

2 days of beginner and intermediate level workshops to grow your zouk roots . The perfect starter package into Zoukenergy.

14-22 July (Abondance Retreat)

8 days of workshops, wild experiences, ceremonies, parties, tribe time and more.

23-25 July (Launch Pad)

2 days of coaching and practical work with Jonny to design and create the best year of your life. An opportunity to build, express and thrive on who YOU really are.

Zoukenergy gave my life a new meaning. The retreat was a profound and magical experience for me, filled with love, dance, connection and play. I softened my soul and opened my heart to feel myself. I faced my fears, stretched my comfort zone and felt supported by the community. It felt like a year went by in a week. It was one of the most profound and life-changing weeks of my life.

At first I was in resistance, I didn't feel like so much programme, so many rituals. Above all, I wanted to dance! But the rituals transformed my dancing, opened my heart and gave me so much safety. Jonny managed to create a space that went deeper and deeper every day. I think that's what touched me the most, to experience how much respect, esteem and presence there is between men and women, and how sexual energy can flow freely and still be much safer than in the outside world. I've never experienced it like that before.
